Shipping policy
We have suppliers in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
Shipping times do tend to vary depending on how fast the order is processed.
Our products are shipped to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand.
Processing times for each order is 4 business days and due to high demand shipping can take up to 25 days in extreme cases.
In rare cases, it may take more for an item to arrive. If you wait more than 25 days send us an email and we shall find the whereabouts of your order.
Warranty:
If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who is delivering the items. However, failure to report this has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for defect elimination/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for the damage, apply at your choice the fulfillment and reimbursement of your futile expenses.
